A multi-city community event series needed coordinated people, communications, registration data, and next steps.
Mercy’s contribution
- Managed preparation across timelines, speakers, partner communications, promotional assets, and operational checklists.
- Built a seven-email automation sequence per city with Zapier and Mailchimp.
- Connected Eventbrite registration and Airtable tracking, with segmented reminders and follow-up.
- Coordinated arrival times, meeting preparation, event materials, and reporting across stops including Brooklyn, Harlem, and the Bronx.
